 with a single pillar start i thought i was doomed from the beginning but my long sword hit hard and a second quick squid kept the lockdown we dc'd at some point and once the quanta started flowing and a mid game dry spell accelerating my field i ended up rushing through to victory

first time we played this game it was a first turn dc we both agreed that sucks and replayed sluggish start for andre but mini phoenixes stack up quickly and i drew only one sanc and couldn't build enough quanta for a miracle and hiding permafrost meant i got heavily outrushed.

ah the wonderful power of trident and dry spell shreds rol/hope when drawn early but that didn't matter fail quanta for andre against my better draw meant there was not a lot he could do dc'd but the result was obvious so andre conceded anyway

CCCombobreaker 3 - 0 Blacksmith

I was relatively certain there wasn't much his elements could do about this deck, so I resolved to play it until he proved he could beat it.  He got a bad draw in game 2, and ended up not being able to take it down.
Game 1/3 was earth/water trident nymphs "duo", and I simply got 1 immortal out, went all in on that guy with SoW and lightninged whatever I could.
Game 2 was an air nymph/gas fire "duo".  we both got 1 pillar draws but I had 5 lightnings for his first 5 guys (4 dragonflies and 1 nymph) which bought enough time to get a immortal + some SoWs going.

CCC and i finally managed to get the match played.

12 uppeds + psiontal with a few lighings scared me. I figure I'd be lucky if i would be able to win 1 game. However that was not exactely what he played and then i should have removed trident and gone for rush. Stupid like I was I keept trident which resulted in losses. GG's ccc well played.
