After much debate with my team, we decided the best way to mindgate was to expect pestal since they destroyed me earlier on with it and keep it hidden since.  Best way for this was to go with novas, we though grabbow might not work so we bring steamies instead, with that deck, prety much nothing Haink could have done to win this.  Seems we mindgate pretty well and that steamies we're all but expected!

game 1: he killed my 1 steamies with 2 early lightning so It got me worried a bit, but he couldnt gained much from pestal and I nightmared him  so he couldn't use anymore fractal for it's worth.  got an easy win.
game 2: we desynch with about 3 turns to go, he couldn't kill my 2 steamies that we're doing chunks of damage already so I won.
game 3:  He try desperatly to hurt my upped steamie twice so he could get lucky with a 3rd lightning and allow him to fractal some vampire meanwhile, he never got it and was killed soon after

and wow is this is a great top 3 remaining, all teams betwwen 62 and 69 cards because yeah ofc we ask not to salvage

Heh, I wasn't that crazy when I built this deck lol, it was more for rainbow stuff but anti-devtal sure is win.

the night is silent in the fire planes. only the crescent shaped moon is gleaming. it is the calm before the storm, as the battle between our general, mrpaper and hainkarga is coming. then suddenly lightning flashed across the planes of fire as hainkarga made his entrance. the devourers start absorbing the energies from the fire planes.

"Send the mercenaries!! "mrpaper said. " And distract the devourers with our novas."

The mountains cracked and a door is revealed. Stamping the grounds, the steamies we had been hiding makes their entrance. as the lightnings strike the steamies, mrpaper stood ground  and keep firing with all he had before the fire energies supplying the steamies got drained by the devourers. however the quanta drained is not fast enough for the vampires, and there is cheering in the fire planes as the steamies succesfully stood their ground against the armies of devourers.

This scene reminds me of the movie I watch , * Matrix Revolutions* where humans stood ground against the Sentinels in  Armored Personnel Units . Those machines reminded me of the steamies.

It must have been a really intense moments for Team Fire and Team Aether , with both wishing all the best for mrpaper and hainkarga respectively while watching the spectates. I can just feel it . I cannot express how glad I am that we are the ones who win. thank you mrpaper.
