insane amounts of desync, a houtmouse accidental quit (the win nyma got) and other crap
I understand you closed the browser window
twice. Nyma got a win for one accidental closing, but why not the other?
Desync is naturally a rematch because there's pretty much nothing anyone can do about it. Closing windows by accident however is a
user error.
Lets compare these two situations:
1. I accidentally closed the window. We have a rematch.
2. I accidentally play the wrong card. The match goes on.
Now what is the difference between these two incidents? In both cases I clicked something by mistake. It was
my error, my fault. However the first one gets played again but the second one doesn't? Makes no sense. Why not replay the second one as well because I clicked the wrong card by mistake? Unless I was clearly winning, I see no point in having a rematch.
Nyma could have potentially won both those matches where you closed the window by mistake, but now we will never know because the other one was played again.
I haven't fully investigated this yet, nor have I talked to our Warmaster, but with the information I have, it's very difficult for me to see any other option than to give team
the win. They cannot be blamed for you closing game windows during a duel. There is no "fair" solution for things like this, but if someone needs to take the fall, it will always be the person who is to blame for the incident. In this case finding that person is very easy.
