To be fair, Death ran a wings/sanc stall last war, and in that case it was indeed due to vault leftovers. What would make this (more) exquisite is the fact that it was chosen to be used again, and not out of necessity - I wasn't involved in the deck choices this round, but we discussed it as a viable option long before the point where scraps were in the picture
