penalties are for mistakes, not to calculate to take a penalty and avoid the rules that way, also i think penalties are not always the same, if you violate rules that way, maybe warmaster decide to remove you from the war (cause a mono fire deck is definitly a violation to the rules with the intention to do that.

and we could also discard more than 15, if we like to do that.

Thanks Malduk, it really was great working with all of you as well. Your input and PvP experience was invaluable and you would make a great General in the next War if that was your desire.
