Whew - these were intense and close games.
g1 - see the fire mark we both get pretty good quanta. out comes the vagger... boom goes the vagger. hmmm... I snipe a couple of his dragons, panda also doesn't give as much love as it could. Haxx shield is doing wonders, but he gets mitosis going with a quick burst and I didn't draw the control I needed... Loss by a bit.
g2 - OK, at least I know what I'm up against now... patience is required. Hold off playing panda till he drops mitosis, dagger and dusk do great work. Anti-matter is awesome (although he decides to mito- the antimattered dragon = so cruel). comes down to the wire, but I get the win on damage.
g3 - similar to g2 but I had a better draw and more control. good quanta build up, Vagger is doing great work. He falls within drain range and I siphon him out (comfortable win).
g4 - closest match - very tense! Start pretty strong with vagger eating away at his hp. Waited for mito before panda with great results. mid game, I'm doing OK, but panda g-pulls his antimattered dragon - ugh! he pops more out and I don't have CC. I have to anti-matter a poisoned dragon that will hit first (and then last enough turns) for vagger to eek out the right amount of damage. Where are you drains? 1 turn away from losing - he mito's another dragon and my HP ping pongs up and down as two antimattered dragons take turns hitting with 4 (or 5) normal dragons. Yikes, survived the turn: I have 14 HP and he has 4 HP - vagger for the win... and I finally draw the now un-needed drain.
Very close game - very lucky to scrape the win here.
Thanks so much for subbing mathman - always a pleasure to play vs. you.
Good luck to Life moving forward!
