The legal deck wins, if both decks are legal then cointoss and just count as deck-outs, and if both decks are ilegal idk.

If you select "Planned Suicide", you automatically lose.  If both players select "Planned Suicide", both players automatically lose.

If neither player selected "Planned Suicide" and each player has a legal deck that happens to suck hard, they play it out... which would probably be painful to watch.
