I'm definitely banking jmdt's compliment in my signature :)  I have a great respect for jmdt and it was really an honor playing against him.
I want to thank my team for allowing me to play this match, even tho i wasn't a high priority player in team air.
I also want to thank all you guys for nice comments and for the karma.
This game rox by itself and this community is what makes it rock 10 times more!
"Let me start off by saying those were the best played matches I've had this war; Dogg is pro." - jmdt
"This is gonna suck for a WAR for me, fighting off Dogg and Napalm on one team..." - icecoldbro

I hope this doesn't mean team Fire has extra wrath for us later in the round. :|
I think the rest of us are hoping for that, though :)

Wow, after reading the reports I must say that those matches were incredible. Such a shame I didn't watch them.

1st game: I saw he had an aether mark so i assumed he was going for fractal phoenix. When i saw the minor phoenix getting cremated on the field, i knew i was right, which got me pretty scared actually. I decided to use the one quint i had in hand on his phoenix, so he couldn't fractal that one, which turned out to be a right decision that probably won me the game. Next turn used fractal on his spark. Game still could have gone either way. He used a deflag on my fog shield, and never drew another one to destroy my dim shield, which would have sealed it for me.
That was a slick move.  Great job adapting your deck to the circumstances.
Agreed.  jmizzle did something similar to me during the first War (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,7707.msg93789#msg93789) and I'd often said it was the most pro move I'd ever seen.  I'm pretty unhappy to see it here again.  Props on the win Dogg; you earned the hell out of it. :)
