At such an early stage, the correct way would be to have Legit play it out against the AI too. Wasn't this the reason he gave the game to Acsabi?
If he lost against the AI, it should be considered a decisive loss I see no reason for a replay if both AI plays were pointing into the same direction.
Simply because the AI is not the player. AI plays cards as soon as he can without any sort of tactics. So its basically a whole different matchup. AND the CC played by AI is more than often horrible, as is its CC. AI is simply silly. Regardless of winning over AI/loosing to AI its still not the same matchup, and isnt this an PVP event, not a PvAI event? tssh :3
If Acs was the only person playing the AI, then yes, it'd be a bad idea to play vs. the AI. It'd be stupid and make the wrong moves.
However, if Legit also played vs. Acs's AI and lost, it's pretty hard to deny that he would have lost in a real game, no AIs involved. Generally, you play the AIs when someone already has a hold of the game, which is actually very likely by turn 3, especially considering how Legit was playing an Immo deck. If, by turn 3, your opponent is 1 turn from killing you, your next card won't matter, and you desync, either you'd call the game at that or just play vs. the AI.
