Over 24 hours, and after they had seen 3 of our decks, but we said it was fine for them to play us. Didnt have any say in penalty either.

About 20 to 22 hours. fwiw I did not see anything that was played in r6 before making the decks.

So if I get this right. You think vault is done. Play 3 games then you realise you need 4 decks. You add that at cost of 30 card penalty. And you still get to play.  Sounds weird to me.

I'd rule it 30-40 card penalty and game voided. Opponent could salvage from a random water deck already played this round.
