I had some real life stuff that came up. *cough* work *cough* So I couldn't be on to even see the list of who my opp. would be. I couldn't even check my email till today when I saw candle had sent me a message. I'm glad my team did well without me (nothing new there  :P). I got on and msged Candle on chat and he said he could wait for me to get on in an hour or 2 and hinted at a suicide deck so...

Code: [Select]
58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 591 591 591 591 591 591 593 593 593 593 593 5um 5um 5um 5um 5um 5um 5uo 5uo

Round 1: Candle won the coin toss and played a Poison in turn 2 or 3. Which made me suspect a tossed together poison deck with some heals maybe but I knew I could out dmg him with shriekers so not much concern. Turns out he only had 1 poison used and I out damaged with 2-3 devs on the field and shrierkers.

Round 2: I won the coin toss..got 2 devs out by turn 3 and then the shrieks came out. I got Candle down to a quanta lock a little bit after he played a mummy and played a blessing on him but since it was a suicide deck anyway quanta wasn't a concern of his.

GG and WP Candle.

If you guys are going suicide wouldn't it be better to use the least amount of cards?

Nah, this way they can keep most of their :light cards and discard the rest.

This way they are guaranteed to move on to the next round. With 46 cards they get to salvage 16 cards which obviously will be :light cards. I guess they felt that they wouldn't be able to beat you guys this round. I did the same thing last round (mine was a better deck though, no dead cards)but fortunately it was a decent enough to win.

I hope xdude makes it back in time to play the last deck.

Yeah you really need him back for the next round. Out of the three solo deck masters, depending on what your remaining 24 off-element cards are, you might have the toughest road.
