No CC apparently. I decide to drop SoPa after a while to see if he has BW, miracles, etc. Only miracles and skull shield (and a random virus) appear, so I starve his quanta preventing him of playing a second miracle.
g2 - Knowing what I'm up against I decide to go for a TTK synching with his pendulumns so that he has no quanta to miracle twice. Works as planned even with plague appearing and SoPa hiding for ~8 turns. He tries SoSac as a last resort but I had a purify ready.
g3 - eljoemo catches up on my trick and I got a bit careless, which allowed him to buy himself 5 turns with some clever play: sanct spam, miracle, followed by miracle + SoSac (cancelled by purify). In the end he had the quanta for a third miracle, but even if he had it I would still be at least 4 turns from decking out.
