Game 1 he had his fractal at dead bottom. :)) So I easily decked him out. Game 2 and 3 he got it earlier and tried to get something going but my rewinds stifled his offense and disrupted his supply of Dim Shields so I won by damage.

lol, what were the Pharaohs in that deck for? Unless I'm missing something you have no way to get  :gravity quanta?

Just for scarab spam.  You can make the scarabs with time quanta, you just can't devour without gravity quanta.
