Decided to take an immolation deck, since we'd taken quanta denial twice.

First game I got a great start, I think he didn't get the best start. He played a thorn shield a few turns in after I had a golem and shrieker out, and I put a momentum on the golem. Got him down to 20ish health and he used 3 heals. After 1 or two more heals I played 3 golems at once for the win.

Second game he got a pretty good start, I didn't... started with 4 immolates. I eventually got out a momentumed golem though, and 1 that wasn't. He played heals a 1 or two miracles, then I wound up winning by play a golem and a gnome rider to add to my damage, which brought him down to 2 health, and my staff finished him off.

Yeah... my phone rang in the second round, which caused my internet to die... don't ask why because I don't know . He had about 15 turns before deckout though, and I doubt I could have dealt enough damage to kill him with his staff. I don't even get to see how it would have played out because I got the "Your connection isn't responding, you will lose this match in 10 seconds" message, but it's fairly clear he would have won. Ah ok... didn't know you didn't get to finish. You ended your last turn with 1 second left on the second timer, I've seen that happen plenty of times before, didn't think anything of it.
