Most of this deck was my idea, with Xinef doing his own final touches to it.

Rounds one I got lots of devoureres, but he got an early oty on me. I got one out burrowed and kept 3 in my hand, when his grav quanta dropped I planted them out and let them suck on it to keep them safe for burrowing next turn. I think I also quakes his gravity pillars before that.

Round 2 I got a bad hand. 3 time cards, no time pillars. No devourers. All I had to use were 2 earth pillars and a quake. Luckily he had a bad hand too, and my picked up fast enough to net time another win.

GG Azumi.

Nice. :) Time stays in the game for at least one more round.

Here's the deck:

Code: [Select]
55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55k 55r 55r 55r 55r 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58o 58q 58q 58q 58q 58t 58t 58t 58t 593 593 593 593
It seems kinda crazy that this deck lost. All it would take is 1 early-ish plated oty and the game's most likely won. Yet he never got that combo out.

Ah, thanks for pointing that out. I'll keep that in mind next time I run a darkness mark.

Also, yeah, I realized that in the second game and was kind of worried, I had planned to save up my dragons and throw out a dev, trick him into eating it, then throw up a procras and take advantage of that one turn stall and try to blitz him. I'm rather interested if that would have worked :P

Well, it didn't matter, because he never had enough luck to pull a single Plate Armor+Oty :/

I tried to post after a few minutes after this thread went up but forum died on me so I just gave up and went to vent my anger at the stupid football game  >:D

GG Belth....lady luck wasn't on my side. Didn't give me plate armors in 1st round and then didn't give me any oty's on the 2nd one.
