No one should be surprised when a team that knows essentially everyone elses vault and then can build around that wins.
A little angry for your match?(you sound angry, but i could be wrong).
In our defence, we werent able to predict your deck.

What should be surprising is that this is the first time this deck was ever used in war, and it isnt a common deck at all(you wont see many unupped dragon OTKs in the forums, actually, i think there is only 1 thread with a deck similar to this one).

Besides, the Light/earth stall with SS could have beated us, so it was a nice gamble to give this to our point(not to mention this deck requires many special cards, so we cant just splash it in common bows for next round).
I will say this our intel was relatively lacking, we have premises on playstyle and an idea of what decks war teams tend to use, I think we only did intel on 4-5 teams 3 of which we didnt play lol. we only knew 300 of  :darkness vault and had no idea what you would discard. But I do agree that it is hard to play a team that can actually play any deck, any style. it really packs a punch against the teams that have to face UW in round 5, because those i round 6 know exactly what we will bring. maybe it will be changed next year. PS ( :aether got lucky in not fighting us and getting the suicide against the point)

And this deck still would have done well against the life earth stall, i mean you have a 104 attack momentumed creature, kinda hard to stall that

Well, you know almost exactly what the other teams have in their vault, and the other teams no absolutely nothing about your vault.
To add insult to injury, you can field all kinds of decks and you have vault building guidelines that benefit you more than any other element.
Oni is exactly right; underworld has a huge advantage in war.
have you tried building a good UW deck, you cant really depend on any combo what so ever. the chances of the combo being achieved are very slim.

Well, of course this is the first time this deck is used in war.  It is the first possible time it could be used.  Nobody besides underworld could make a deck anything close to this (6 cards from an element is the most) and skyblitz didn't exist last war so it couldn't have been used by the last underworld team.  Anyways, I am fairly impressed with the start underworld has had.  Definitely came out swinging, looking for those key early wins.

We dont have an advantadge in War. If you feel we do, well, i cant do anything about it(talk to SG or the War Masters if you want a nerf for our deckbuilding rules or to make us enter in a different round).
We have an advantadge in round 5 and round 5 only. If we cant sweep through in round 5 we will be easily countered and killed(you say we get to make intel in your vaults, well, you will literally get to see ours entirely this round).

When it goes to combo decks, this is one of the few that dont get less reliable when changed to UW building rules. Even the most simple builds lose some reliability when changed to UW rules(not a big deal except for some exceptions). We have a few decks that will show you what im talking about.

I don't agree, UW has in many ways the most restrictive rules in the war. Most decks have a specific "purpose", and even nova bows need those 6 novas.

I never thought I would see this deck again after the Eve of Dragons tourney, yet here it is a second time. Well played, Underworld!

Mm, I've seen two unupped Dragon OTK's on the forums. This one looks the most like Male's. I love using it in PvP 1. :>

It has been said before, it is certainly not the first time we see an unupgraded dragon OTK on the forum and it is the first time it is played in war also because it could never have been played earlier. This said, it was not without risk and it was clever to play it against light (element with the most healing). Congrats

Concerning the alleged advantage of team underworld over the other, I think that the element of surprise will not last much round whereas the card deficit might. UW enters the war in position 8 with 160 cards less than the first team which they will have to compensate if they want to win. For now they take the advantage they can take. Congratulation for that. If they do as good next turn, the upper teams might start to consider them as serious challengers.

hehe, next round we will make sure it is too little too late, we will crush those who looked down on us!
Team Life, Air, Death, Fire, and that other team we have to play ( cant remember ) you are on notice, if you underestimate us it will cost you 25-50 cards! Thats a promise!
