Game 1: He won the toss, and after seeing the Aether mark, I shuddered. I knew the potential of ROL/Hope, but I also need this deck could handle it. Topdecked a Discord, a Quicksand, and a Thunderstorm. I only saw one Fractal, and no Dragons. Easy game, just a few minor moments where I feared a Fractal.

Game 2: Won the toss, topdecked a Thunderstorm, but only have one Nova for a little while. Fairly easy victory.

Game 3: I was off to a slow-ish start. Got a fate egg, disco, and glass early on. The egg was only an angel, so that was disappointing. I drew like a madman, fearing for the fractal he could do and the pillars I didn't have. Suddenly a dragon and the fractal came...yeah. I could see the Hope over the horizon, and still no thunderstorm. Then...the hope came. I was in fear. I pulled out a fog shield, praying for the dragon to miss. I finally got my thunderstorm, but I had 9 hp to two dragons. Then, the worst happened. while his dragons missed, another ROL fractal happened. I was finished. Well played, mesa.

Game 4: First turn quicksand on his 2 pends. He still had a pillar. I didn't topdeck my discord, instead it was the next card I got. Beautiful. Then the egg I topdecked turned into an emerald dragon. Even better. He only had 2 ROL, and had a Hope. I rushed him like crazy.

Good games mesa! RNG showered me with gifts! _{sacrifice ALL the virgins!}

My luck was average. wiidgc's was ridiculous. Discord at first opportunity every game, early Pharaoh, Fate Egg turning into a dragon...

Game 1: Medium draw for me, and for him. Almost stabilized with 11 HP, then Lightning storm. 0-1
Game 2: Awful draw for me, made a weak attempt at a comeback but ended again by Lightning storm and low quanta. 0-2
Game 3: Decent draw for me, won pretty easily. Lightning storm's got nothin' on 4 RoL + Fractal in hand. 1-2
Game 4: Decent draw for me, but... I just don't know how that sort of draw is even fair

Turn 1 for wiidgc, 2 nova, quicksand, 4 pillars. Without the quicksand I would likely have won. 1-3

ggs wiidgc, and RNG I will not forgive you.
