Game 1: he got early shield and wardens and afla-ed one of my guys.  I rewound it and played a new grabboid which promptly turned into a burrowed malignant cell.
Spoiler for Hidden:

We called the game on account of bugginess, but in discussion after we determined his board position probably would have given him the win.

Game 2: OMG EQs!!!  but not enough wardens/CC to stop my guys from breaking him down.

Game 3: I got a great quanta start and he never got a shield.  we had a minor re-instance of the above bug (a RTed shreiker I replayed turned into a cell when he guarded it).  He used a plague to kill the 1 creature but the next turn I flipped 2 grabboids and played 2 dragons to kill him outright from 32.

But it does bring up a good point about this: how do we handle known bugs when they become outcome altering in war matches.  It is probable given these decks that this bug occuring could change the outcome in like 4/10 matches.  We kinda honor system-ed it, but could less friendly opponents just keep forcing replays whenever it occurred?

Not much to say.  Bugs in G1 and G3, bet that he wouldn't draw a dragon in G3 (only creature to give him the win) and lost. GGs.
