the pest would be killed before they could burrow. The mirror would be useless as they have a mirror to self bounce bolts on. Even if you could get up a mirror shield and bounce your drain life onto them you wouldn't have enough  to make a kill because all your devourers would be dead.

Pestal = Pest + fractal- you'd have a bunch of them out (and I specified upped pests, which have 4 HP- out of range for one RoF) and most likely have one in-hand in case of double-RoF

this is team life you're talking about, not aether (pestal), darkness (pestal, deathstalker rush) or death (deathstalker rush)
they could make either deck but their 50% req will screw the deck over, might even lower the chance of winning more than what they're using right now

and i think there are better counters to stall but you dont really think i'm gonna say whats what here now do ya?

I think there are lots of counters to that deck. The thing is they have none in their Vault. I guess it really hurts when you know what's coming and you STILL can't counter it.
