Wow, had to go back and watch the vid... damn nice match, brother. I got away with a mistake, thanks to fog in game 3... Intense play.

Game 1: (Win) I had a sweet draw, a few Q sources and a bunch of 2 bit off color cards... waited for Novas... Took out his early Disco and RT's helped me out a bit...

Game 2: (Loss) I had a pretty slow draw and he was able to BH my a$$ so much that I could never find the Q to play anything... He beat me quite soundly in this one...

Game 3: (Win) (and that's only due to Fog Blocking ALL of his critters last turn)  He had a slowish start it seemed like and then all of a sudden BH... Got Fog out and a few grabbys and started grinding him down... and my noobness had to show thru and I dropped 2 Novas to play an Arse and got BH'd with no mercy... we both raced down but I came up 4pts short on my attack and had to hope and pray that Fog could block either 1 Drag or 2 Aboms.... it stopped all 3...

Game 4: (Win) Pretty good draw on this game. Got my RT's early enough to keep him from setting up. Dropped some grabs and down the score we went... after being reminded by 10men in team chat that I'd have to clean the latrine with my toothbrush if I lost, I started playing a wee bit smarter and kept my Novas in hand much of the time... yeah, and just for the record... Fate Egg gave me a frickin' Vulture...

ITR my brother. I sure hated it... you're a far superior player than me. I got the cards today and still, barely got by... Best of luck to you and your team in the rest of this event. Take care, brother.

0-1 My opening hand was all right, Discord, Abomination, Quanta and BHs, I play Discord and Abom, expecting either Grabbow or - god forbid - Grabboid rush with EQ and RT, when he double Novas, Deflags my Discord, RTs my Abomination and sets up Fog, Arsenic and a Grabboid, I was rushed down before I could type "where's my second Discord".

1-1 Good opening hand, managed to place the BHs well while playing creatures, he still got 2 Shriekers out, not afraid of Antimatter any more he never burried them, but no Fog made it quite easy for me.

1-2 The most interesting and intense match, I had no Discord during the entire match, but managed to survive regaining HP blackholing his Novas, he managed to play Fog and Arsenic and 3 Grabboids while I had 2 Dragons and 2 Abominations on the field, the last turn, I had 1 Dragon and 2 Abominations out, he had Fog and 15HP, this is when they fittingly all decided to miss.

1-3 An Abomination, 2 BH and Pillars and I had lost.

Good games bripod, really, especially the 3rd one, would have liked to put up a bit more resistance in the last one, though and even though I'm still hoping for an epic come back from - we shall never decrease after all - I wish you all the best and hope you can make it this .

As I'm posting this before game summaries are up, I'm guessing fog shield came early and was uber-hax since 6 BH + 4 Discos seems to match 6 novas and 2 explosions pretty well.  Or RTs locked down draws so no BHs could arrive.

BH < Nova in most bows.  Nova is controllable, which means that you're likely to play two novae and then graboid/arsenic/fog.  Also, the chance of getting early BHs in ITR's deck seems fairly small, with only 4 entropy pendulums.

Those who think bh is a counter to nova need to blay bh more.. (to expand : nova gives quantic bursts that allow you to play cards before your opponent can play a bh)
