First game, locked plastiqe down with discord from the beginning, crushed him with shriekers. He didn't do anything except putting out a vamp dagger and lightning one of my shriekers.

Second game, locked down platiqe early, got him near death when I am still at full health. Then, my discord lost its magic as his quanta pool is evenly spread by that point, so he put out a dusk, a dagger and lightning bolted 3 of my shriekers in fast succession. Had to burrow the surviving one. He then played a dragon and quinting it the same turn. In the end,  my deflag showed up to save the day, destroyed the dusk and unburrowed/evolved everything for the kill.

Not much I could do against 2 near perfect starts for Kuro.  Had Steals and Lightnings at the ready but the Discord held them off too long both matches.
