Hm, well you don't have many turns to draw Congeals assuming an average or good draw by Aether's rush and there's nothing else to stem the bleeding. Meanwhile Water's offence gets running 2-3 turns later, and though it climbs very well in mid-game, the duo nature of it makes it slower enough that you'd lose by 1-2 turns in most games. Sometimes more.
