I don't know if this is the first 60 cards deck in one war but at least is the first with shards.

game 1 - L he gets mirror, sancs, otks me
game 2 - W no mirror, no sancs, I otk him
game 3 - L he got mirror, 4 sancs, end up having to try creature rush, he CCs all of it, I concede
game 4 - L early mirror, bottomdecked the creatures, topdecked all the bolts

Looking at the deck, I cannot believe there are only 2 mirrors and only 4 sundials :p  He spammed 2-3 sundials in the first few turns and got a mirror every game except the 2nd, which was an easy win.  I was expecting 6 sundials and at least 3 mirrors, statistically.  It's almost a free win without mirrors with almost twice the odds of getting 6 bolts first, but that's RNG :p

I don't know if this is the first 60 cards deck in one war but at least is the first with shards.

I can't remember seeing a 60 card deck used in War before period.

Videos Add, well really I was pretty lucky there.. but not is rare draw reflective shield in first round is just uncommon. And really I expected bonebolt (one of 3 decks of death) (Odii can confirm)
 Well this is a big stall then I remember of one scene of Girls und Panzer (if we consider each deck like a panzer make sense) firestall is big slow resistant and poweful like the panzer Maus.
