Corrum (Death) 2 vs. PhantomFox (Gravity) 0 https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=15856.msg203233#msg203233

Well, both games I didn't start out with more than a pillar or 2.

In the first game I managed to have a lightning in hand every time he played a charger.  He froze my mummies as I managed to play them but he never got a shield out and I was build out some decent poison before he used a purify.

There was a short interlude as I got a call from my boss.  When I got back PF said that he was using the wrong deck.  We continued in the second game with him using the correct one.  In this one again I had a slow start but PF's seemed to be slower.  He had a couple of pendulums early and a pillar but didn't get the quanta he needed very quickly.  Eventually he got out a titan while I had several mummies.  He got out his shield just before I could start fielding a dragon.  Again had lightnings in hand when he played a mercenary.  He used gravity pull to off a couple of my mummies but it wasn't enough and I drew a dragon in the last turn to finish him.

And I finally break my losing streak for War #2  :)

I lost the first match anyhow, so it's probably no big deal.  I may have taken out a couple of his creatures, but even so...

The reason for the mixup is that I was checking an obsolete topic without seeing the new one.  There were 3 instead of 2.  Don't ask, I don't know either.

Yes, He used the first deck by mistake then used the correct deck for the second game.  One would assume there will be a penalty involved with him using an illegal deck.

As it wasn't intentional, and I lost anyway, I don't think a penalty is necessary.  If I had won with an illegal deck, that would be a different story.

It may not have really made no difference, but it's still the wrong deck, and the two decks have a few major changes between them. I will probably give you the penalty for it, but I'm not fully decided.

Team :death, make sure you salvage from the second deck.
