1 pend for him, his drawing power lacks and he runs out of dials early, dusk is no match

g5: finally a good draw for him, no SoR in top half of the deck, I don't really stand a chance

I was thinking more in the lines of RoL Hope or an OHKO deck without PC again, that can beat SoV dials by using a lone Silence.
