yeah, fractix would have hard countered us, we thought it had died. Hell, hain did almost lose against the AI the one game that he did play with torb since the AI drew 4 or 5 MPs.

So, maybe I'm missing something here, but something like this happened to Time vs Earth last war and in that match they were allowed to change the mark and take a minor vault penalty.

Why don't the two of you organise to play the match before the deadline (with the new mark) in case the WMs decide that is the appropriate action?
neither deck has anything particularly surprising that would gain from knowing the other's (or at least nothing you can really play around)

Really sorry, Fire, but we have to make the decision here not to allow the deck's mark to be changed.

As much as I empathize with you guys, we have to make the call one way or the other - as deuce pointed out, all decks are finalized at the vault building deadline, and we can't allow any changes to be made, no matter how small.

Please take extra care in vault building in the future - we hate being in this position as much as you do! Best of luck to both teams going forward.
