We had a couple desyncs throughout our match, but nothing too bad.
Round 1:
I ended up going aggressive playing all my Graboids first instead of my EQ since he started off with a bang. I could've won if I had drawn one out of my four Dragons in the first 15 turns, but no, I just kept getting more pillars and EQs. He beat me to the punch by a turn.
Round 2:
This match was close as well. I wasn't as fast, but I used the EQ+Eternity combo to slow him down enough for the win.
Round 3:
We both got pretty good starts. I was able to EQ him early on to slow him down and give me some time to get a couple Dragons out.
But in the end, he had exactly 3 Water to play his Crawler+Adrenaline combo to snatch the victory from me.
Good game Bluesky. I'm still surprised at the number of combo decks we've faced despite the fact that we have Eternity and RT. Well, well, I guess we have to give these kind of decks more consideration in deck-building.
