Almost a pure counter deck... at least in my eyes it was. Crusaders took his weapons powers, low creature count to maximize anti-mater's power, discords to mess with his necessary quanta. All around a good choice made by team light.
Round 1: Loss coin toss. Ok draw, no discord. The Mormegil put out a flying accelerated titan fairly early and a eagle's eye in slot. I had a crusader out and anti-mater in hand. My plan was to crusader his titan then anti-mater it. I mind-farted and used the anti-mater first. >.< Big mistake. I then had to endow with the bow... which was much less effective. Kept pulling dragons and crusaders however to net me the win.
Round 2: Won the coin toss. 5 pendulums, 1 miracle, 1 anti-matter. What a hand... Pulled a crusader that was bowed down, had a dragon out for a while that beat down a gravity pulled titan... Had both my miracles and all 4 anti-matter in hand before I saw a single discord. Anti-matter kept me out of the danger zone. Slow damage by the dragon and the discord netted me the win.
No need for miracle either game, and the discord became an annoyance+damage instead of a full lock down. Good games The Mormegil.
