Game 1: Was a pretty comfortable win for me. I had Ice Shield and that along with Freezes stopped his attack while I chipped away.

Game 2: His deck performed much better than last game. Deflagrations and Reverse Times just stopped anything I had and he won comfortably.

Game 3: This was the closest game. He Deflagrationed my early Ice Shield and Reverse Timed my creatures maybe 4/5 times. In the end I had too much firepower and caught up to his early advantage because I kept his Fire Golem locked down.

care to explain why you (referring to deckbuilder) upgraded the graviton guard instead of the last charger?

That... is an excellent question.

My deck:

Code: [Select]
5f6 5f6 5f6 5f9 5f9 5f9 5f9 5f9 5f9 5fa 5fa 5fc 5fc 5fc 5fc 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rh 5rh 5rh 5rh 5rh 5rh 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk
Not too much to say. In the third round i draw one immo from 5 cards, i win. But no. Maybe next time.

There are a variety of considerations, quanta levels, card amounts in the vault, Reverse Time etc.

Lol ... service with a smile, eh Napalm. :)

I must admit I check your totals like, maybe, 3 times a minute. Lol.

Congrats to Gravity! ... Very interesting deck with Water.

I designed the deck, and I have the answer.

1) Anti-reverse time. Guard is cheap.
2) Everyone expects to see three elite chargers, so why not a little bit of a twist? :D

Good job, jumba.

The master finally won a game in this war, and Lt did the same. Now it's for the other members *glare* to win the remaining two matches.

not to nitpick but i found the reasons/explanation to be odd

1) anti RT? sure you can cast it again, cheaper (by 4 :gravity cost reduction) but you should be able to cast it again if it was unupped too and frankly, we're playing PvP here, not Pvstupid-AI. UNLESS it is the only target available, theres no way anyone would want to target it instead of the unupped ones whereas upped chargers cost the same but comes with +3 damage the turn they comes into play

2) so you put a 'twist' because you knew people will be expecting 3 elite chargers? and not because it is the most optimal upgrade you could've taken for this particular deck and thus increasing its win %? i guess winning street cred from proving the community wrong is better than actually having higher chance of winning the matches (of course that doesnt matter now since jumba actually won anyway but the only reason i'm saying all this IS because jumba has won...its bad to kick someone while they're already down amirite?)

I know it very well.  ;D

and let's not get into the "why did this deck win anyway" garbage.  It won. Move along.

Sounds as if you're almost up to the point of flaming about something highly insignificant. Should try to contain your temper. *glimpses at "watched" status*
