If I did Dim chain, the deck Fippe94 could not win. Did not want to disparage the Fippe, the matches were balanced as I said, but because of the RNG, both decks do not allow the player to make much difference.

If I did Dim chain, the deck Fippe94 could not win. Did not want to disparage the Fippe, the matches were balanced as I said, but because of the RNG, both decks do not allow the player to make much difference.

Somewhat true - Dim does not stop the Poison though.  As always, the AI could be misplaying one, both, or neither deck here but simulator gives 50/50 on a 3,000 game run just now.  This would not indicate "no chance" especially considering the 2-3 final score.

Things with sim: Ai fails with fractal, hard.  Secondly, unupped poison is really not that scary.  Once a dim is out (barring discord fail, but with 15 quanta sources that should work fine), you easily have a couple turns to draw the fractal/charger and then essentially TTK.  Also, that deck looks like it probably has a fairly slow discord, which gives the aforementioned 15 quanta a lot of time to accumulate as a buffer.

Similarly, if Fippe draws "correctly" then 2nd turn Disco trolls.  Right?  It seems to me 3-2 either direction as a 'fair' (if that exists) result from this deck matchup.
