Whew, when I saw the marked cards I knew what we were facing, and I thought it would be an uphill battle, but not an unwinnable one. Figured I'd probably walk away with a win or maybe two if I was lucky. I don't think it was so much that I was lucky as that [A] was unlucky, if that makes sense; the only really good draw he had was in game 2.

1) WIN. (won toss) Used all 33 cards to start, as per sideboard rules. I only had 2 quanta to start, but [A] never drew a fractal so I won. Was pretty surprised to see a seraph in there, but otherwise it was exactly what I knew it would be after seeing the marked cards.
From the marked cards I knew that [A] had 3 deflags and 4 fractals, so going in I of course knew it was some sort of phoenixtal thing, and that he had no dims, lightnings, or firebolts. That, and knowing that this deck tends to be very demanding on quanta, despite it looking like it isn't, I dropped the EA and the two upped pulverizers and then upgraded two of my pillars into towers to try and speed it up. (I'd have changed my mark to earth from gravity, but after digging into the rules it didn't appear to be allowed; Zawadx later confirmed in chat that this interpretation was correct)
2) LOSS. (won toss) One turn away from a win despite an early EQ on 3 pends. I always felt like i was just a bit short on quanta, and having only 2 pillars to start didn't help; I'd prefer 3-4.
3) LOSS. (lost toss) I started with a really good hand, 4 quanta, an EQ, a BB, and a nymph, and [A] had a really awful start, with plenty of quanta but no phoenixes. However, my next six (yes, six) turns were pillar topdecks, and so all I did was tickle him for 4 damage a turn until he got his phoenixtal going. I drew into a few golems and the pulvy, and if he didn't have a deflag AND I topdecked a golem on the last turn, I could've won by exact damage one turn before losing. He had the deflag, and I drew another pillar.
4) WIN. 5x pillar/BB/EQ start, won coin toss. I immediately roll [A]'s 3 pend opening and topdeck a nymph and 2 golems right away. It wasn't even close. He desynced on about turn 3-4, but we played it out and my ai won on his side, as there were no decisions to make besides drop everything on the board and nymph his phoenixes every turn.
5) WIN. 4 pillar 2 golem 1 pulvy hand, draw an early nymph, and [A] never has enough quanta for a fractal. (pulverized one quanta in there) He said after he had 4 fractals in hand, which I think was also the case in game 4, if I remember correctly.
GGs; really glad to chalk up a win for team Earth, and glad that time zones finally allowed me to play one of my own matches this War
Good luck in the future.
