First off good games. I honestly think his deck is better and should win more often then not. He had light mark with holy flash's/miracles/dragons/devourers.

Round 1: This game he didn't pull a miracle so i was able to pull out the win the turn before he killed me. Got lucky because his Hax shield failed him. I had a mummy and recluse on the field with a 12 poison counter and he had 19 hp. Both creatures had to hit him to kill him. I killed one of his dragons and devourers with a plague.

Round 2: This time he had 2 miracles that he used but only needed one. Holy flashed my creatures stole my arsenics and got 3 dragons out.

Round 3: Epic draw. I basically drew all my creatures early and got out a turn 2 arsenic. There was nothing he could do since i was able to play 4 of my recluses and a mummy. He managed to kill 2 recluses but they came out too fast. He had 10 light quanta and no darkness quanta to draw a Hax shield at the end.

Each game i made sure i had 2 arsenics in hand before i threw one out because i knew he had steals. Good games 927 and you just got unlucky IMO.

np and yea those were all really good games. i also was sitting on a miracle last game but i was a little short on quanta.

This was an exciting game.  I really thought Darkness was going to pull this off in a Rookie v. Master game, saw that 927 had 11 light quanta at the end of the last game and I was sure he had the miracle.  So close!  Well played by all.

how many of these counter decks with holy light in them actually win? nada
ironically enough, the one deck that uses holy light and won wasnt even a counter deck ((Light) Ryan666 2 - (Earth) Skydaemon)
least now we know what cards to ditch this round

I don't know about that. Too small of a sample size IMO. If Light had packed holy lights in their 1st round deck vs me i would have lost. This round i feel that i really, really, got lucky. Winning 3/10 vs this deck sounds about right, i just happened to win 2 of them at the right time.
