1: Saw Fire mark. Was like "hmm... easy win or 3-0 Loss?"
1 Pend start for me and my motivation was sinking, at least I had a good hand with 2 Bolts and a Lobo.
When an effing sky dragon popped up, I knew it was already game over. Still I bolted it and played along.
Against my expectations, I won this one.

2:
Early Owl and Nymph for him and the pain started to climb.
Was obliterated in an instant, as I didn't get reflective, bolts or Lobo.

3:
After a bit of stalling, I got overrun.

4:
Managed to beat him down to 7 HP. Still futile.

ggs Jenkar, we mindgate failed here :P

It is not that surprising that we won vs this seemingly counter deck. 44   45 card is too fat to be consistent.

If 44 cards is too fat for consistency, then certainly 45 cards is too fat too (without draw power).  :P

in fact, 3 reflective shields make it clear that they did mindgate or at least considered high possibility. It is just that their deck is badly built.

based on kaker's first line of text for game reviews, i believe they mindgated a similar deck considering both shields. that matchup would have likely ended up with a different result.

This would beat the previous similar mono-air UG deck that jenkar used. Why ? Because it was a soldier deck. i built that deck for myself but our merry general decided to steal it for himself. I think aether thought of something like that deck. The air deck used here tho, was built specifically to have two different sources of damage to squeeze possible mirror shield / dim.

so yeah for some reason i was blind to reflectives i never saw them before but still i think aether should've gone for one or the other and hoped for the best
