Thank you for flying Aether/Fire and choosing us for a suicide. A shame we didn't get a rematch though, deuce.

Well, I told Nap you would play fractix. I had a deck in mind that had a pretty good chance of countering it and almost everything else you could throw at us. But I guess we felt more comfortable playing a non-gen from another element.

For fun, I played against AI1 with my deck and got a 9-turn win. I doubt that would have been able to outrush fractix

I feel like deuce's deck is lacking quanta a bit. Didn't test it though, it's just an assumption from studying the deck code and thinking it through.

Only reasonable explanation here is that Fire expected discords from Aether.

I think this is a suicide from  :fire (see the results: 1-0) and Higs just goldfished it to see if she can win in 13 turns.

Nah.  Definitely agreeing with Oni.

Ye prob what Oni said. Dragons and BH would have been nice to break through upped diss shield aswell.

Lots of dead cards are prob what lost fire their match though. I mean putting in purifies and that many fahrens without FW is kinda far fetched. Playing iceshield from discord scrambles also takes some patience....

We just really wanted to get that 2nd turn fahrenheit going.

Can somebody explain the reasoning behind suicide decks? Would be appreciated :)

When your Vault starts to get dangerously low on key cards, you either spread them out really thin and make 8 sub-par decks, or strategically suicide a few match-ups and field decently strong decks for the other match-ups.

Well, on our testing we always drew those pillars/pends in our opening hands, now i guess it was just luck.
