I treated the "M" column as 'what is the difference between actual salvage (or discard) total and expected W/L salvage (or discard) total' so this is unofficial and more a look at the macro level and not detailed level.  A WM could provide clarification and I'd be willing to update values based on that but otherwise I'll leave it as a "pretty good idea" of where R2 stands.

Umm, aren't both teams supposed to get a forfeit loss then? If one team is clearly more active and tried to make efforts for substitutions, then one team would get the win/loss. The match can't just "never happen"; that'd be unfair to the rest of the teams to not have one team lose cards.
