Round 1: Won the coin toss, no Pillars but an Immo+Cremate as well as 2 Gemriders in hand, which set me up for a fast start. Due to his Air mark I opted to grow golem to 5 instead of playing a Graboid, so it would survive a single Merc+Grav Pull or Shockwave. After that he sent out a Flying, Grav-Pulled Titan, which fell in a few turns to my double-raged Golem+Shrieker. Fog came out but I blew it up, and that came ended soon after that with my 20+ Golem whacking him. He got me down to about 30 hp though, and had a Titan in his slot. Another combo probably would have ruined me without a second Golem.

Round 2: Lost the toss and didn't have a Pillar, but BB was an easy discard due to no control value on G-Pulled creatures. After that Immo+Cremate sent out 2 Golems, with a 3rd following the turn after. He put out a Fog shield that delayed them for a bit, due to not getting more quanta to spend my Rage/Deflag. However, I didn't see a GP+Animate+Titan combo that time, seemded to have a bad draw (Though the Golems rushed pretty fast and mostly passed Fog, either a 5 or 6 turn win)
I ask nothing of humanity but fairness in all things, but I do not expect even that.

Doesn't seem like cebra's here to post the deck.

Gravity, the WORST element unupgraded, faced three masters this round and ended with 2-7. FML.

It's okay. It's only 72 cards overall loss. ahahahahahahahaha (gone nuts)

If Gravity is the worst element, why did you take the Master position?

Gravity is a great element unupgraded, it's just extremely different from it's upgraded state.  Just because you can't take normal decks doesn't mean decks don't exist.

Yay Terroking!

She just said it was the worst element when not upgraded, not that it was the worst element.

It's just not all that good at a ton of things unupped, and can't duo the best with a lot of elements. However, upgraded is a whole different story.

Momentum works well with both kinds of scorpion.  Buffing a otyugh and healing an armagio are some of the best methods of CC out there, and don't get me started on GP + Flying titans.  Chimera and noobs spammed by elements like death?  Score!  The death+gravity deck is almost OP now.  Gravity pull in and of itself is probably the most effective single card CC.  And gravity shield?  Done right, it will single handedly atop decks.

If I were gravity, I'd duo with air, darkness, death, earth, entropy, fire, light, and time, and go for CC/stall for the win.  Gravity doesn't win by speeding up.  It wins by slowing you down.  And gravity does that /well/.

*looks at decks* So, we've used scorps, buffed otys, flown titans, and creature-spam + chimera. did those work? >_> *looks at gravity creatures* merc, fire eater, and dragon are the only ones that can hit a GP'd creature (unless you don't use momentum to buff an oty), so that's not such a great combo after all >_>

As for duos... we've done death, earth, entropy, fire, light and time, so... yeah.

How has nobody mentioned the dreaded discord/black hole combo?  This is probably the most OP combo available, and works quite well unupped.
