Onto a quick breakdown of the games.

Game 1: Aether mark, means I'll have a good time if I draw the right cards right on time.
Like novas. I drew I think 4/5 novas across the 4 games, who needs a rainbow anyway when you can just earth duo with dead cards.
Expecially, who needs it if you're a mean sexy virus spitting machine.

Early game is mostly ordinary, decent draws for both aside for me getting 1 nova and no pends, which goes for slow grabbies. 2 rewinds are nice to have, as they'll slow down things. I take a turn or two to evolve grabbies, as I don't want to get baited into bonewall+lightning. This may later prove lethal, but on the second to last turn I had 23 damage on his 46 hp, and he had 2 recluses. I played a risky purify before, as at this point I don't think he will be able to play SoSa. He shows a silence. I am at 42 hp, with a +2 purify counter and 3 recluses on board. He has 9 aether quanta, and 12 death quanta. Color me surprised, even if he has upped fractal I'll be squeezing this out. And I did, 1-0.

Game 2, goes mostly the same, only just much faster for me. I don't think he ever had a chance.
Well played, RR, you may actually win a match this time around, maybe you'll stop being a weight on your team.

Game 3 was a RNG showoff. No novas, and he managed to chain 5 silences. Oh well. It's not like I wanted to play or anything.

Game 4 went by pretty fast with my win thank to rewinds.

I think Death would've countered me just by adding Virus to their decks. I'm moderately happy they didn't.

Boost +2 Upgrades
G1 Loss: Drew all my death towers and pillars and 2 pendalums.
G2 Loss: I was 1 turn off from winning, but RR won coin toss and I was 1 aether short of a fractal to secure the win.
G3 Win: I spammed 5 silences from turn 2, absolute luck.
G4 Loss: I had 4 death pendalums for the first 3 turns and drew a 5th. (All unupped) which made me kinda strained for death quanta and I got 2 recluses rewinded twice, making the game an easy win for RR with 2 shriekers and a ghost all coming out pretty early.

Interesting games, RR played well for sure. He didn't know if I had a lightning or not, which made the games all the more interesting. GG

I think Death would've countered me just by adding Virus to their decks. I'm moderately happy they didn't.

Virus would've been too slow. A bonewall or phase shield would've definitely helped though, but it would've became too reliant on phase shield if we went that route and every time Id play it would've been risky seeing the 2 explosions as I was already tight on aether. Lightnings definitly couldve helped, but again I was already tight on aether. However, plague would've been amazing.
