Hope you didn't buy any lottery tickets today, MrBlonde.

Match 1: He drew one Aether Pillar and a ton of Soul Catchers, I get a turn two Discord out, slowly beat him down with my tiny creatures. Got pretty close to killing me with two Dragons, but I had two Heals sitting in my hand.

Match 2: He drew no Soul Catchers, I got a turn one Discord (three freaking Novas), he learned that chatting while trying to control Viruses is a bad idea, I got an 11 / 5 Phoenix with Destroy. No big deal.


Completely one-sided matches in the favor of Lady Luck. Sorry.

Yeah Wavedash pretty much summed it up.

round 1 - 1 pillar til the end and lots of SC's. With a discord this was fail. I did have a chance but that darned discord kept knocking my aether quanta to 9.

round 2 - i managed to get 3 pillars early but a turn 1 disc and 0 SC's for 3 turns screwed me pretty bad. And of course the phoenix with destroy was a nice little touch.
