I played against Light Stall.
Game 1 I didn't have a Discord but Jappert had a fail draw with almost mono pillars. I just spammed my creatures and won because he did not have a Miracle.
Game 2 I had turn 2 Discord and he never got into the game.
Thank you for the games Jappert!

...and lookie what I have here, a mono deck! Hmm, I can smell some juicy salvage... :D

Match 1: Mass pillars/pends. I was swimmign in quanta, didn't get a single Miracle OR Shield though, wich made me die slowly from a single abom. (killed the lycan with a bolt)

Match 2: 2nd turn discord, didn't get 4 light quanta out fast enough. Had 3 miracles and 2 Ice shields in hand when I died, the opposite from previous match.

Allthough this is about the worst outcome of a match I can imagine, you're a good player and I wish you the best of luck in the rest of war 10 men!

I knew :entropy could pull off the double-salvage.

The water deck is a great concept, but has too many "ifs" for my liking given the opponent and the event card.  If you can get 4 :light before he gets 3 :entropy , and if you draw sanc before he draws discord , and if you get an ice shield up early enough, and if ice shield has great effectiveness, then you may get enough :light quanta built up to use miracle (maybe twice) to allow enough :water quanta to build up to ice bolt him to death.

EDIT: ....or deck him out.

Fact remains, that a single Miracle or Ice Shield draw in about 15 cards (correct me if I'm wrong 10 men ;)) would have probably saved my ass and won the game.

What makes me especially sad is that I told my team the first hour after round 2 started (I'm the strategist), Entropy would go for the mono deck and try to make up for that lousy first round. I did hope for a few AM's or Pandemoniums though.

Eitehr way, it sucks losing after predicting a deck.

had a feeling entropy was going to win with a mono at some point. just wasn't expecting it to be against a miracle sanc stall.

It's conditional alright, even with 4 Shields. Fatter decks do get worse draws, but it sucks losing to a predicted deck. The game is just that much chance.

Fact:  Sanctuary fails 1v1 against Discord.  Its gonna happen, and keep happening unless the RNG is kind enough to donate some :light quanta.
