I told Zeru that something was off about the quanta balance of that deck, seems pretty odd that we still went with that one.

You underestimate misclicks. *hand slips and discards 2 deflags*
Deflags on the (near) bottom. Lightning and Rage Pots are used for damage to burst through the diss shield, maxwell comes out and kills opponent offense. Draw Deflag, not enough damage to kill. 1 in a million chances, but might actually happen. On game 1.

Honestly, I'd be more worried about that Purify. What the heck do we have against that?! They'll be healing every turn D:

I imagine the goal was to throw the opponent off, so that they wouldn't realize what deck they were facing until it was TOO LATE.
