g1 - OK, it's the deck that we have been "affectionately" calling Monster. Good news is that testing vs. this went very well and I had developed a good strategy vs this deck. This first game was very slow... disco trolled me hard, and but he didn't draw more than 1 nymph for a long time. Vagger came early enough and just wittled him down while healing from disco hits. He had some last minute burst potential, but it was already done at that point. More RTs than I expected, but all within manageable range.
g2 - OK, early vagger - great. Things go well and I controlled the nymph population.
g3 - Going OK, didn't have the best draw and then we desync. Ai is stupid on both sides, but then I got impatient and misplayed (followed by too many crap draws) so I lost to his Ai, while he won.
g4 - Going OK, but then I misplay... twice! letting him bomb me out of existence. he sent me a message like: "It's 2am, I'm the one who is supposed to be making mistakes here."
g5 - OK time to pull it together. decent draw and early vagger starts to do its thing. I get the control I need vs. his pretty fast draws, end up with the win.
whew! Ggs Afda - thanks for the match.
