Game 1
Really close. Didnt see any lightnings so i was really confused. arsenic really did some damage but i drew a purify. the turn before i was going to die. (I did have an hourglass so double draw makes it more reliable) A single graviton fire eater did enough damage ftw. nothing else got through bonewall.


Game 2
got a forest spirit lightning'd right off the back, Eva got an awful draw with 6/7 being pends. after keeping a graboid burrowed i drew a blessing and had 2 momentums in hand. played them all on graboid so lightning wouldnt kill it and TU'd it. outdamaged


the first had a me really worried because i didn't draw any creatures but the second i felt a bit more confident. gg's Team Aether.

Next event card, everyone adds 1 card of every card they already have. lol The more different cards you have the better. ( UW would love it if that event was real. )

Team Aether has made a crucial mistake. They have split their final 6 lightnings on Entropy and UW. If they decided to sacrifice one of the battles, they could have easily won the other one. Overconfidence leads to failure. Another 3 losses mean that Aether is not the overpowered team we used to fear. It seems that having an epic start doesn't mean anything if you cannot finish properly ;)

I don't think they were overconfident just ended up facing some very strong decks that they just couldn't finish off. What hurts them is that thierbest deck they have left (pestal) doesn't really work vs 3 of the 4 teams left. Basically i think this war comes down to whoever's grabbow is the best.

But they beat our (earth's) grabbows. How come they couldn't beat others'.
