Ginyu - I'm not sure which of the decks you are asking about...

RS_ --> as Lt-required that is 9 upgrades and I doubt would want to use any relics to increase upgrades in this EC match.

rob's --> to make the deck legal it had to be Tinkerer... so 4 upgrades and +3 if in-element.

Can you clarify what you mean, Ginyu?
