Now, am I allowed to say that  has won the war ? 

Well, in theory (and I emphasized that word very strongly for a reason), war could drag on for another 4 rounds if  keeps winning that single battle each round. But that just demonstrates how huge is the advantage of  so that they can afford to lose so many times in a row. But how likely it is that they are unable to field a deck from a 130+ vault that could counter one specific deck they know very well ? How bad the RNG would have to be for them to keep losing so many times ?

So, while you guys can keep cheering for  and hope springs eternal and all that, in reality  has won this war already long ago and the results was finally cemented by round 10.

I absolutely hate it when people post this crap. Statistically, yes, aether has an advantage. But if we lost twice in a row, we are basically dead since we won't have much in-element cards left.

Also, air has multiple variations of the same (very strong) deck, which makes it more difficult to counter. Plus, they have salvaged lots of aether cards, so they have an aether duo that could potentially troll as well. Having to build a single deck to counter all of these possibilities may not be possible (idk yet).

Bottom line, war is not over yet, so please stop posting aether has won.

Now would be a good time since they did. Back then wasn't, as deuce's points still stand: they couldn't build a real counter. Only several decks that had a decent chance. Sure, it's probable several rounds of attempts would do it, but a loss during this round would've given Air more options too. Don't count yer flaming chickens before the volcano erupts. People do it all the time during War, and it -is- pretty silly since plenty of upsets occur. A turn-around here wouldn't even have been -that- flabbergasting.

Jenkar asked me before this round what I estimated Air's chances were. Knowing the vaults, I replied 5-10%. That's not bad. I've been impressed with Team Air, but not surprised. It's kev at the helm after all.

Congratulations to both Aether and Air on a War hard fought. You both definitely earned your place in this match, and that it came down to good RNG despite Aether's dominant position just goes to show how well you've done. A tip to anyone who wants to do well in future Wars: look at Team Air's archive once it's made public. You can see how much effort an thought they've put in, and it is astounding.

Extra congratulations to Aether for coming out in top, especially deuce for going back to back as Master and General of Aether. That is just crazy good. CRAZY GOOD.
