Facts:

- Sanctuary isn't op, let's buff it;
- Sundial isn't op, let's buff it;
- also cards need more positive modifiers, because when a deck can come back laughingly from a 1 ppm start, and have a shield on which
blocks 80% dmg, and 2 healer perms by like T4... well then that shows a huge balance.

Also fun facts:

- Aves having low ppms g2-g3, funnily enough quanta denial would have been a winner;
