1. To play all earth cards you'd have to draw all of them. That would take approximately 20-23 turns to reach the decks end.
2. PA is needed only for pillars, assuming EQ is the only permanent destruction.
3. EQ+rewind might allow a slow controlled game.

In other words, test it and you'll see.
