that was a completely different situation. If eva or crimson can provide screenshots/video, then it will be pretty clear that eva won. If there is no evidence, it is basically your word against Eva's, in which case the result should either be what Eva and crimson agreed upon or play a rematch.

If you can convince crimson to contest the win himself so the match can be replayed, or better yet provide proof that foul play was involved, then by all means do so. If not the match result stands as it is. 

As a side note, the incident last war has heavily distorted by both sides, both in private and in public. Not a good comparison by any stretch.

Crimson did not take the win when he had the chance, he accepted a loss. He is the only one who can change that, and only with screenshots suggesting he would have easily won or that his opponent attempted to cheat.

Anyways, the best thing to do here as demonstrated during that match last war is to just stay quiet while the issue is sorted out by the higher powers; stirring up drama isn't going to help make any decisions easier, much less faster.
