If another penalty is to be given, it should be now since it is a rd 1 mistake and rd 2 matches still ain't in the way (not sayin there should or shouldn't be a penalty).  Also, on a case like this, it would be good to hear from wms when a decision is made especially if they say it's ine.

In this case there will be no extra penalty to life for posting the wrong deck - they have suffered enough as it is for this loss. However, if a team does post the incorrect deck in an attempt to confuse or disrupt other teams, or fails to post the correct deck in time for other teams to respond in the next deckbuilding phase in future, there will be a penalty.
