(Time)valuka 2 - 1 (Earth)Terroking https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=14681.msg186330#msg186330

I was expecting some deck, like Terroking has. I have luck with this, his discords not harm me, maybe helped to growing my golems.
My deck:
Code: [Select]
5f6 5f6 5f9 5f9 5f9 5f9 5f9 5f9 5fa 5fa 5fc 5fc 5fc 5fc 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rh 5rh 5rh 5rh 5rh 5rh 5rj 5rj 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk
1 round: has no deja vus to immolation, i lose quickly.
2 round: good hand, Terro has bad, i was quicker. RT helped to stay alive.
3 round: same as the 2. , except i got an early Procrastination.

Thx Terro for the matches, was good games.
Sorry for my bad english.

Good job Valuka. I wasn't sure if this deck would work, but you did a good job choosing it.

It's a terrible shame this deck lost, as it really would have dominated the slow-to-start Deja Immo with an average draw. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get that the second and 3rd game.

First was great, 2 Novas +Tower=Shrieker and Discord out second turn, spreading the measly 1 :time/turn from his mark all around, so e didn't even Immo until far too late.

The next game, I got a perfect hand, 3 Novas, Discord, 2 Graboids, and 2 Pillars. What's not to love? The fact that the game was only happening on my side, the server saw to it that valuka didn't enter the game.

Game 2.5 was a pretty mediocre draw, 2 Novas, but unfortunately not a single graboid until about 15 or so cards down the deck. Once he was ready to Immolate his second Deja (Which got out because my Discord couldn't scramble a measly 1 :time...) I had to choose between Flying the Discord and letting it get hit by CC, or keeping it in the perm spot and making it vulnerable to Deflags, which he probably had. (He did) Well, easy choice, he has no upped cards, 0 time quanta at the moment, Flying is a temporary measure, but the idea was for it to last enough for my other offense to come out. BAM! Discord gives him 2 :time and gets whacked by a RT. Guess what happens the next time I fly one? Same thing! At the point I had drawn 2 Graboids, and the Shriekers were dealing some damage, and although I got him down to about 40, they came out way too late.

Game 3: One Nova. 0 Discords. Great draw, amirite? Not really. Started wqith Purify in hand for the third game, but that's no surprise, right? Considering how I have one of them and 4 Discords, then 6 Grabis... He got out a Tutrle Shield and shut down the few Shriekers that got out with RT (I had a Deflag in hand, waiting for a second Nova that didn't come). I also managed to draw every single copy of Earthquake. (So useful :( )

Ah well, GGs valuka, at least I only lose 6 cards.

I ask nothing of humanity but fairness in all things, but I do not expect even that.

This is probably the most RIDICULOUS upset during our matches so far.

6 upgraded cards vs. a complete newbie that I had personally recommended for Xinef to bid on.

Crazy sauce awesome job valuka. :o :D

You mean the newbie with over 325k+ score?  Might be time to lift the hat a bit there. =p

Hehe. Okay - minus the word newbie then. ;)

...that Purify is kind of an odd addition, even for a rainbow deck, but I can see why you wanted it. (Dune Scorpions)

It seems Terroking was prepared to counter quite a number of possible strategies/decks... except our favorite strategy 'epic pwning'.

So, Terroking was defeated by a complete that Kuroaitou recommended... oh, whatever. Great job man.

Better luck next Time, Terro :P

Seems everything is going according to our greater plan... just like in the previous war... and the next one...
May the force of the D4HK side be with U ^_^

It shouldn't do, Terroking is one of the best players out there and it's a shock you beat him, he must think you're good as he recommended you and he congratulates you sod on't take any bad feelings from that.
