So I guess we have to discard 6 cards from edunavas's deck as well as the 6 cards we salvaged from xuru?
The penalty has already been discarded during round 2 deckbuilding.

Does this affect the decks that use these cards in round 2?
May the force of the D4HK side be with U ^_^

The full nine cards, as it now counts as a 2-0 win.
Thanks for responding in such a :time-ly manner

As long as your vault is the size it needs to be, it should make no difference, and does not affect deckbuilding for round 2.

Ok hypothetical question , ddevan.
If some (random ) team post 2 different decks, and then modify their deck under their team section AFTER the match is already played, is there a way that you could know it?

well yeah.. time stamps on edit. That would constitute cheating and the ramifications for that would be huge.

But the rules says that we are penalized only with cards, not with a change in the game result....

7.1. PENALTIES
Penalties are issued when a team somehow breaks the rules or disrupts the event, either knowingly or by mistake. When a team gets a penalty, they have to, at the end of the round, remove a number of cards from their Vault. They can remove any cards they have in the Vault at that time, including the once they salvaged during that round.

Minor penalty   6 cards   Small and harmless things like posting an illegal deck by mistake.

It's the same as last war. You use an illegal deck you get penalized and you automatically lose. Otherwise if i was stuck with making a really crappy deck i would just make it better and illegal(with a better chance of winning) and hope i win with just getting a minor penalty. You see how that could be abused?

Yes, small and harmless things like posting.
There is no way in this world you'd get a win using deck you shouldnt be using.

The reason it's a larger penalty is because that mistake was adding in two extra cards that helped you win the match. If it wasn't for that, it would be a normal 6 card penalty.

Not necessary. The two extra Rage Potions would help me win the match anyway.

Unless ddvans, nobody knows what really happened. You guys are talking like I used a complete different deck. It was only 2 Deflags instead of 2 Rage potions.

Well, I won´t discuss anymore.

Round 1: I won the coin toss. Xuru got bad luck and played only 2 pillars. I´ve played a Precog early and predicted his hand. With eternity early I hold his deck in Time and didn´t let him play. The discords were distroyed by deflag.

Round 2: He won the coin toss. His quanta was doing great and his discord lack me in quanta. Fast lose.

Round 3: I won the coin toss. His quanta was great. Played precog and eternity early. Waited until he play all his creatures and played RoF, luck he did not played bone wall as well. Deflags on Discords. Played rage potion on pharaoh for more damage. My pharaohs and scarabs made the rest.
Even if Rage Pots would help you more than destroying Discord (highly unlikely against opponent that hides behind Bonewall and has cheap creatures), the main issue is not what would happen, but that you took deck after the deadline adjusting it as you saw fit.

This is the right outcome.  Honestly, I was quite surprised at first that ddevans said it was just gonna be a penalty.
